Customer Service And Support Take Center Stage At PlayNetwork


Promotions highlight customer program successes, strengthen PlayNetwork Client Services group

Redmond, WA (April 22, 2008) -

PlayNetwork, a global leader in providing signature media experiences for businesses, announced today two promotions within its Client Services organization. The promotions highlight an ongoing companywide commitment to leading customer service and support, and build on PlayNetwork’s ability to deliver high-impact integrated media experiences as a valued and trusted partner.

Working closely with the PlayNetwork executive team to support and manage the company’s aggressive growth will be Darrell Champagne, who assumes the role of Senior Vice President, Operations/Audio and Video Systems Services. In this role, Champagne will serve as chief architect and strategist for PlayNetwork’s Audio/Video System Services, and lead the AV systems and operations teams. Champagne will also spearhead PlayNetwork’s Client Services organization; ensuring customer engagements are executed to the highest quality and backed by the best support in the industry. Champagne has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial audio arena. As a top representative of commercial and professional sound products for BOSE Corporation and Toa Electronics, he managed sales and implementation of large-venue sound systems including Staples Arena, the Carrier Dome and Air Canada Center.

For her ongoing dedication to delivering superior customer service, Shari Green has been promoted to Vice President, Client Services. Reporting directly to Champagne, Green will be responsible for all customer-facing service activities for PlayNetwork’s Media and Systems Services groups, including customer service, technical service and project management. She brings 14 years of sales, marketing, account management, operations, customer service, technical service, and project management experience to her role of Vice President.
