Meet Tony

When people ask where I work and my response is "PlayNetwork," 90 percent of the people ask, “What kind of company is that?” Yet 99 percent of them have been in an environment—a retail space or other public place with streaming music and video—created by our company.

PlayNetwork gives 110 percent to its employees, and will not stop until our clients are satisfied. Being the head coach for a local high-school track team, I can definitely relate to PlayNetwork as a team-oriented business, which depends on everyone's individual efforts to strive for nothing but success. Each employee has his own responsibilities and objectives—yet our goals are accomplished as one.

As a customer service specialist, I have the responsibility to provide the best service to my clients, from technical issues to invoice concerns. Solving a technical issue over the phone or assisting clients with their music equipment is pretty entertaining to me. I interact with corporate contacts on a daily basis, so I’m often the first person a client speaks with at PlayNetwork.

PlayNetwork has proved its commitment to the community, clients, and its employees in many ways over the years. The company allows me to keep my own commitment to coaching the Meadowdale Mavericks track and field team every spring. My work with these student athletes is as important to me as my work at PlayNetwork.

PlayNetwork is also a very family-friendly company. We have company barbecues, offsite meeting and parties, and other events that get us together for a good time. There are a number of people here who are somehow related, and that helps contribute to the fun work environment and positive energy. Watching PlayNetwork continue to grow and be successful will be very exciting, and I’m proud to say that I’m a part of this.
