Shari supervises all customer-facing service activities including Technical Service, Customer Service, and Project Management, managing how PlayNetwork brings customers on board, rolls out and installs media services and equipment, and provides exceptional customer services. Shari brings 14 years of sales and marketing, account management, operations, customer service, technical service, and project management experience, most recently as Vice President, Client Services & Support for DMX Music.
