A Message to Our Customers from CEO Ross Honey:
Like all of you, we have spent the last several weeks tracking the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. For Octave Group, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers and communities, and then making the necessary adjustments to our work and operations.
To that end we have two goals. First and foremost, our priority is to keep our employees, customers and the communities we operate in safe. This has been at the center of our planning and actions every step of the way.
Our second goal is to continue to deliver a high quality of service and maintain smooth operations while adapting the way we work. With these goals in mind, we have made several changes in our operations in response to the threat of the coronavirus.
We have eliminated all non-essential business travel and enforced a work from home program for almost all employees to do what we can to help prevent the spread of the illness.
To ensure business continuity our warehouses remain open with extra precautions to limit risk of infection such as extra cleaning and disinfecting procedures. In addition, for those working from home, we have ensured they have all the tools and equipment to do their jobs without causing disruption to their effectiveness or your service.
We know that you depend on us to support your product needs, service requests, and superior entertainment solutions. We are closely engaged with our suppliers to keep the product flowing and working to solidify long term support plans. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect your business and our employees.
